Delete your enlacey account
You can delete your account from the app at any time — no email needed.
In the app
- Open Profile
- Tap Delete account
- Read what will be removed
- Tick “I understand this cannot be undone”
- Tap Delete my account
You are signed out immediately.
What is deleted right away
Your name, phone number, saved addresses, profile photos and any documents you uploaded, your devices and notifications, and — if you are a provider — your listing.
What is kept, and why
Records of past bookings and payments are kept without your name or contact details, as consumer-protection and tax law require. Your consent records are kept as proof of what you agreed to. Chat messages and job photos are kept for 30 days so that any dispute can be settled, then removed. We also delete your sign-in record with our SMS provider (Google Firebase).
Before you delete
You must first finish or cancel any ongoing booking.
Can’t open the app?
Email privacy@enlacey.com from any address with the phone number you registered. We will call that number to confirm it is you, acknowledge within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Want a copy of your data first?
In the app: Profile → Download my data — a JSON file with your profile, addresses, bookings, reviews and messages.

तुरंत क्या हटता है
आपका नाम, फ़ोन नंबर, सहेजे गए पते, प्रोफ़ाइल फ़ोटो और अपलोड किए दस्तावेज़, आपके डिवाइस और नोटिफ़िकेशन, और — अगर आप प्रोवाइडर हैं — आपकी लिस्टिंग।
क्या रखा जाता है, और क्यों
पिछली बुकिंग और भुगतान के रिकॉर्ड बिना आपके नाम या संपर्क विवरण के रखे जाते हैं, जैसा उपभोक्ता-संरक्षण और कर क़ानून चाहते हैं। आपकी सहमति के रिकॉर्ड इस बात के सबूत के तौर पर रखे जाते हैं कि आपने किस पर सहमति दी थी। चैट संदेश और काम की फ़ोटो विवाद निपटाने के लिए 30 दिन रखे जाते हैं, फिर हटा दिए जाते हैं। हम अपने SMS प्रदाता (Google Firebase) के पास आपका साइन-इन रिकॉर्ड भी हटा देते हैं।
