Provider terms

Version 1.0 · Effective 11 September 2026 · For people who take work

These terms apply if you list yourself on enlacey and take work through it. The general terms of use apply to you as well.

1. You work for yourself

2. It is free — and we never hold your money

At launch enlacey takes no commission and no fee from you. You keep 100% of what the customer pays. The customer pays you directly, in cash or by UPI. enlacey never receives, holds or releases that money.

3. Verification and your documents

4. Availability and accepting work

5. How to behave

6. Customer information you see, and what you may do with it

For a booking you have accepted, you will see the customer's first name, the job details, the address, and your chat with them.

Misusing a customer's information ends your listing, and can be an offence under Indian law.

7. Ratings and reviews

8. Suspension, delisting and appeal

We can hide or remove your listing, or close your account, if:

Appeal: email privacy@enlacey.com from any address, with your registered phone number and what happened. We acknowledge within 48 hours and give you a decision within 7 days. We will tell you the reason unless telling you would put someone at risk.

9. Your own data

What we collect from you and how long we keep it is in the privacy notice. You can download your data or delete your account from Profile in the app; deleting takes down your listing immediately. Some verification and booking records are kept without your name, as the law expects.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top will change, and the app will ask you to agree again to anything material. Indian law governs them, and the courts at Haldwani, Nainital district, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction. Questions: privacy@enlacey.com.
